Hello! I know this is kind of off-topic but I needed
to ask. Does running a well-established blog like yours take a massive amount work?
I'm completely new to blogging but I do write
in my diary daily. I'd like to start a blog so I will be able to share my own experience and views online.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or tips
      for new aspiring bloggers. Thankyou!

    2. Hello,

Thank you for your comment. It is nice to hear you are looking towards our blog as a source of inspiration for your own intended blogging journey!

The blog itself was very easy to set up and the posts are quick to upload. What takes the time and commitment is in creating a variety of posts that give a balanced reflection of the work of our service. As we are quite a large service it is at times difficult to keep track of what everyone is doing and to make sure everyone understands the importance of the blog as a device to reach out to new audiences. To this extent it is a challenge and it can be quite a bit of work to keep seeking new ideas for posts and to encourage others to contribute to it. This would perhaps be easier to manage if it is your own personal blog you intend to keep and if you are already keeping a daily diary then inspiration shouldn't be too hard to come by.

The best tips we can give you would be to make sure that your posts are regular (we aim for at least once a week, twice if possible). We've noticed that if we don't post for a week or two the drop in reader numbers is significant. Also it is a really good idea to plan in advance what your posts are going to be; have a few posts written ready to use in case you are struggling for ideas at some point. It can be hard to think of things to put up sometimes so it's always good to have a forward plan for at least 6 weeks or so.

Hopefully that will help you a bit. Good luck with your blogging endeavours!
